Grew up in the New Canterlot Republic. Went into the Junction City Police and rose to the rank of Police Chief. At some point he got engaged to Congresswoman Coriander.

Present[]

He is upset about his fiancé's death and thought it would be over when Jibbly Jot was executed. However, she somehow came back to life. He thinks the NCR should try again, but is shocked when they let her go. He quit the police to be able to watch Jot to be sure she didn't kill again.

He opted to come with Jot when she headed to the Lunar Commonwealth to keep her from killing. to that end, he forbid her from carrying a weapon of any kind. This would backfire as his own lack of skill got him captured by slavers.

Lucky for him Jot has a conscience and rescues him from the slavers, severely maiming them in the process. Upon rescue, Jot abides by Abide's "no weapons for Jot" rule. Jot gives him the sunshine & rainbows edition of the Hoofington WSG to read.

After looting the camp, he agrees that due to the lack of true death in the wasteland, that they still need to warn New Appleloosa of the slaver threat.
