This particular balisong blade was acquired by Frost before the war. The blade gets its name from the chrome that the blade is made from. Chrome Cleaver was the original twin of Silver Skean, before Frost lost it. Frost would often practice using the blade alongside Silver Skean, performing tricks with his ice fingers to sharpen his dexterity.
