Rough Diamond was one of Brimstone's Big Four in Fallout: Equestria - Murky Number Seven. Unlike the other Big Four he was not given his position for his combat prowess, but instead for his ability to keep the clan going with his skill in finding food, medicine and anything else they required.
Diamond would go would roam the wasteland as a trader to discover settlements and gather information, such as their defensive strength. When he felt the time was right he would bring in the rest of the raider clan.
Sometimes he would even open a gate from inside if Barb wasn't around to do it.
At some point he met and struck up a friendship with Glimmerlight. He used her to discover the information of her settlement.
