Hour is a side character in the the Fallout: Equestria side story Fallout: Equestria - Ballad of a Crystal Pony, introduced in Chapter Seven: Clockwork Infinity.
He is the eldest of the Time Brothers and head researcher for the settlement of Clockwork.
