Before War[]
It was an upscale gated community build in the Applewood hills. Anypony who was anypony lived there. There are fancy mansions for every race in Equestria.
During the War[]
A mega spell hit near it killing or ghoulifying those who could not make it to a stable in time.
After the Apocalypse[]
Due to a ghoul prejudice in wasteland the former celebrity ghouls formed a community open for ghouls in the remains of the gated community. The ghouls are part of a peaceful gang called The Mareily Hillers.
