Marker, introduced in Chapter 2: Beyond the Door and named in Chapter 3: Welcome to The Chariot Hotel, is a leader of a group of Raiders whom first encountered Clash Coat on her first day out of the stable.
He primarily uses an unknown magical energy or mini-nuke launcher to attack his prey.
Marker is an antagonist in a Fallout: Equestria side story Fallout: Equestria - Ballad of a Crystal Pony.

At some point in Nicky stole the Dragonaquus Statue from one of Marker's camps.
Present[]
Terrorizing the road in and out of Detrot. Primarily attacking caravans. He is responsible for the deaths of Pearl and Junker, Knick-Knack's parents.
He showed up to The Chariot and demanded they give him Clash Coat, Nicky, and his stolen property or he will destroy the settlement.
When Clash and her friends trick him, try to kill him, and attack his camp, he destroys the chariot with an unknown arcane devise.
He vowed he would return for his property in the future.
