The Ministry of Morale Fillydelphia Hub was a location in Fallout: Equestria. It was one of the primary locations that prisoners of war were taken to by the Ministry of Morale to have their memories extracted. It had an extensive vault containing the extracted memories. Later, Red Eye's Army occupied it as the headquarters of their operations and as Red Eye's personal quarters in Fillydelphia.
