Red Eye had isolated communications for the tower from the rest of the SPP tower network, using it to broadcast his propaganda while overriding other radio frequencies in the area. Velvet Remedy, Calamity, and Steelhooves defeated Stern and her minions to break into the tower's base station and install an override device on its communications. This allowed DJ Pon3 to broadcast their station in the Fillydelphia region afterwards.
