Second, introduced in Chapter Seven: Clockwork Infinity, is the youngest Time Brother and one of the researchers at the settlement of Clockwork.
Second is a side character in the the Fallout: Equestria side story Fallout: Equestria - Ballad of a Crystal Pony.

When his older brother Hour got word that Clash Coat had arrived in Clockwork he was sent to retrieve her. Once he did he then accompanied her and her friends into Stable Infinity. He is then trapped in the stable.
He gathers the other scientists in the stable to try to end the time dilation bubble.
