The Cathedral was the central location of Red Eye's Army's operations in the Everfree Forest, established at the former Castle of the Two Sisters. The original castle was reinforced by Red Eye's forces with anti-aircraft guns set up on its turrets. Within the new walls surrounding the structure are barracks and training grounds.

Ground Level[]
The main interior hall of the Cathedral with tall pillars, high arches, and towering windows of stained glass had been converted into a theater and auditorium. It included a pulpit from which high-ranking officials of Red Eye's Army would deliver the faction's dogma to initiates and robed disciples. Sidehalls lead from the Main Theatre to the school and nursery wing.
At some point, Red Eye sent a team to recover the original stained glass windows from the Canterlot Castle and had them installed here. Due to the windows' exposure to the Pink Cloud, all of them have a distinct pink tint.
Sublevel 1[]
This sublevel was dedicated to bypass spell research and weaponry. It contained a storeroom with a large stockpile of weapons and ammunition.
Sublevel 2[]
The contents and description of sublevel 2 are unknown.
Sublevel 3: Cybersurgery[]
This level was divided into two halls - one for administration offices and the other for cybernetics research and surgery. Doc Slaughter's research laboratory was located on this level, connected to a storage room with several preserved specimens of various creatures.
Sublevel 4: Meta-Pony Testing[]
This level was dedicated to Red Eye's experiments with I.M.P. and radiation exposure in his pursuit to become the New Unity. A single corridor in this level with mottled brown stone walls leads to the vault door of Stable 101, where Doctor Glue conducted Red Eye's I.M.P. experiments.
