The Jailer is a minor character in Fallout: Equestria - Murky Number Seven. As his name implies, he is the head of the jail contained in what used to be Pinky Pie's FunBarn in Filllydelphia, now converted into Red Eye's headquarters.
He is described as as large as characters Brimstone and Chainlink Shackles, but while they are muscular, he is simply overweight. He has a foul yellow coat, is clad in rotten canvas and is the source of a powerful stink.
