The Republic was a location and faction in Fallout: Equestria.
Background[]
The Republic was a small settlement of ponies that was sacked by raiders. Described by Calamity to have somewhat "cultish" traditions, The Republic's small size and lack of citizens led them to only allow heterosexual relationships to promote procreation. The town was sacked by raiders, with all of the adults being killed and the foals kept as 'toys'. The remaining foals later manage to rescue some of their friends from the raiders at Fluttershy's Cottage. Despite its relative obscurity, a few important characters, namely Life Bloom and the newly formed Wasteland Crusaders, hail from the small town.

- The Republic is a reference to The Republic of Dave, a small, xenophobic settlement in Fallout 3 with a cult-like devotion to its "President".
