Tin, introduced in Chapter Seven: Clockwork Infinity, is a guard of the settlement of Clockwork.
Tin is a side character in the the Fallout: Equestria side story Fallout: Equestria - Ballad of a Crystal Pony.

He encountered Clash and friends when they entered Clockwork. He initially thought Clash Coat was a glowing ghoul and almost didn't let her into Clockwork. It wasn't until after a sweep with a geiger counter and his fellow guard Scrap recognized her as her hero persona Crystalline.
He died when Flim-bot 6000 attacked Clockwork.
