Whiplash was a minor character in the story Fallout: Equestria - Murky Number Seven. He was one of Murky Number Seven's first slave master upon arriving in Fillydelphia. He was exceptionally talented in using telekinesis to use the whip for maximum hurt against his slaves.

He later gave Murky to Chainlink Shackles.

Murky took some revenge for this by stealing one of his whips to use as a belt.
