Windsheer is a minor character in Fallout: Equestria.

Windsheer is an Enclave pegasus stallion and Calamity's oldest brother. Windsheer, a master of communications technology and the Enclave's Chief Communications officer, doesn't share his brothers' hatred of Calamity, bluntly stating that Pride is "a bastard" and that Autumn Leaf used his little brother as way to release his frustration following the death of their mother. Windsheer willingly helps Littlepip, offering up the the Enclave's plans right before escaping in Chapter 41. Windsheer is described by Red Eye as "the perfect son", along with "the failure" meaning Pride, "the over-achiever" meaning Autumn Leaf, and "the accident" meaning Calamity.

It is unknown what happened to Windsheer after the events of Operation Cauterize. Except that during the epilogue, set a decade after the events, Calamity said he would be going to Arbu (which was converted into a prison by the New Canterlot Republic) to visit "an old friend who looks a lot like me", meaning either Windsheer, their last-surviving brother Pride, or their father is imprisoned now.

Warning! The following information applies only to its associated side story, and is thus considered non-canon in the Fallout: Equestria universe.

Windsheer takes part in the Battle of the Hoof as part of a team assaulting an S.P.P. tower under the control of the Brood. He manages to link the tower to the S.P.P. and allow Littlepip and Princess Celestia some influence over the Hoof's weather. He is injured by some blank zebras, however, and left in a critical condition.

Windsheer later dies while receiving medical attention, and Blackjack witnesses Calamity mourning over the corpse of his dead brother while Velvet Remedy does her best to comfort him.
